Moving near Kennedy Space Center often points people toward Merritt Island, north mainland towns, and sometimes Titusville-facing commutes. Test the actual gate you will use, including launch-week traffic. A pretty Cocoa Beach Saturday is not proof you can live that drive five days a week.

Aerospace on the mainland often makes Viera, Suntree, Rockledge, and Melbourne-area houses more rational than an A1A condo. You still need to drive it at shift change.
